1989-present 1998 Prepared and presented custom
demonstrations of SPSS software in support of large sales opportunities.
Participated in conference calls to determine customer needs and scope
projects. Wrote proposals in response
to RFPs and RFIs. Represented SPSS at tradeshows. Actively supported Sales
Representatives with answers to technical questions. Participated in SPSS

content included web page design, HTML, email, search engines, newsgroups, Telnet,
and history of the Internet. Taught and evaluated 18 students per class. Developed

Randolph Street Gallery, Member, Programming Committee
As a volunteer, produced benefits for non-profit arts center. Duties included
arranging for artists to create ads, writing and mailing press releases, soliciting
donations, booking and coordinating performers and event volunteers, setting
up and striking event space. Spring benefit had a staff of 15 and was attended
by 150 people. Fall benefit had a staff of 40 and was attended by 270 people.
Produced weeklong Faerie Frolic Arts Festival with a different perfomance each night and with 50 people living in the gallery for three days. Festival was staffed by approximately 50 people and attended by 600.
